Four Peaks is a high class reputable outfit.  I have a flat roof that needed to be re-coated.  I obtained a bid from the roofing company that did my roof once before.  They were running about eight weeks out so I got a bid from Four Peaks.  Jason was prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.    They were able to complete my roof inside of two weeks, and they were also $3K cheaper than the other company.  I was not shopping price nearly as much as I was shopping speed.  The work was completed on time and without a hitch.  I highly recommend Four Peaks.

Multipro was able to perform my roof repair with good quality at a reasonable price.  I was pleasantly surprised they'd be able to perform the repair the day they assessed the problematic area of the roof.  They also fixed a minor leak elsewhere...thanks to Multipro my roof leak problems were resolved in a timely manner before more rains came...

So I had a communication problem with this company. Although they said they left messages, I never received any. I was not going to use them but then John Haag called me from my house while I was at work. He was the person that was supposed to show up initially. I was not expecting anything from them but he took upon himself to rectify the situation. He explained his side which was perfectly understandable. He apologized for the miscommunication and got to work. He fixed the leak. He recommended some other work and advice which to my relief, it was not as bad as I thought.  He totally change my mind of this company because of his customer service.  Because of him I will end up using them again. Thanks John for saving the day.

As a small time landlord I prefer working with trades that have a good reputation and are recommended.  That's how I found Mikku & Sons.  They have provided prompt and complete services when I've called on them for my rental needs.

We recently sold our primary residence and there were a few small repairs needed on our tile roof.  I called Joshua and I soon had a quote and a time frame.  Even though Phoenix had experience the wettest July on record (they were swamped) they were able to fit my small job into their schedule.  They got the work done within the escrow time frame and smoothed the process for everyone on our end.  

I will continue to use and recommend Mikku & Sons going forward.

Just finished having some roof repairs (broken tiles and loose tiles) done by America Roofing.  They are one of two roofers used by the builder in our neighborhood.  The other roofer was the one who both did the original roof and then the repairs on closing.  America Roofing was able to replace the broken mud balls, the broken tiles we found and the other 15 broken or loose tiles the previous roofer didn't repair correctly or glued together (vs. replaced).  

Not sure about having a full roof done but for repairs, the crew that they sent out did a great job.  YMMV but they did good work on my house at a fair price.

Had my roof replaced in 2019, then while selling the home in 2020 we had a buyer's inspector come out. While the inspector did find a few items for repair, though none were causing any issue with the roof, I got back in touch with Arizona Roofing Systems and Christina scheduled all of our repairs, which were covered under our warranty. Gives me and our buyer peace of mind! Thank you for getting us taken care of!

Needed some cracked/broken tiles replaced on my roof and had Almeida come out and do the job.  Contacted them through Yelp and the were very prompt at getting back to me and getting an appointment to have someone come out to give me an estimate.  Communication back and forth was awesome!  I commend them for that!

As far as the work and price, they were reasonable I guess (I don't have anything to judge it against, honestly)? I did get a discount for paying in cash, which I appreciated. I have a house built in 2004/2005 and the roof tiles I do have, aren't easily accessible anymore.  They had to mix and match a couple tiles in order to complete the job, but its hardly noticeable unless you know exactly what/where you are looking at.  The installer Joe was super friendly and got the job done, fast.

I would use them again for sure, but hopefully won't have any roof issues in order to call them back out, lol.  The price I paid was worth the peace of mind knowing that my roof is still in decent shape and wont need any major repairs any time soon.  For that alone, I would recommend and use them again!

I never thought I'd have a chance at getting insurance coverage for a roof replacement for I was denied coverage in the past. Doni approached me and assured me he would be able to help me for I had more than enough reason due to storm damage to have my insurance cover the expense. I was a little weary for I had got the run around from multiple companies prior. Being a single female that lives alone I find it very hard to find people you can trust when dealing with situations like this. Being exhausted and desperate I felt I had nothing to lose to see what Doni had to offer. He was there during the phone call to insurance and he was there during the inspection from my Insurance adjuster. After he went over codes and regulations with him...I got approved!!! Such a blessing. He has been nothing but available when needed and had gone above and beyond any other company I had contacted!! Thank you so much Doni! I am forever grateful! The roof came out beautifully and you will have all my referrals hands down. Also...As an extra...I even got coverage to fix an RV gate in my back yard that had storm damage as well!!

They were great! They were very responsive to our requests and even left the color handbook for us to use. The painters did a great job and we were very happy.

L&R Roofing just finished a roofing project for us, and we are very happy with their work! We asked for quotes from 3 companies, L&R was the only one who responded within a couple of days, they offered a fair price and we ended up picking them prior to the other bids (that never arrived). Once we selected them, they provided clear communication on pricing, scope of work, next steps and concrete next steps.

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

We recently decided to have our tile roof repaired, i.e. tile removal and replacement of the underlayment which was 24 years old. Of 4 estimates by top Phoenix Metro area roofing contractors, we selected Brown Roofing (owner Craig Brown) in Phoenix to do the job for 5 primary reasons, i.e. lowest price, good reviews, good credentials, referral discount and an open, honest, and personal/personable on site estimate by Craig Brown. Craig's crew did an excellent job which was completed on time and within the cost estimate. There was also a two-day rain delay and Craig's crew's work-around was totally successful. We wish to openly thank Brown Roofing (Craig) for a job well done! Additionally, the dark brown facer and bird-stopper flashing turned out to be just perfect.

An added note for future roof repair seekers, make sure you read the estimate for your job
thoroughly. One of the five roof repair contractors actually put a clause in his estimate that his crew could have full access to and use of our in-home personal bathroom...ugh!

I had my house both painted (exterior) and the roof repaired by Desert Eagle. In both cases, I am very pleased - although it hasn't rained to test the roof part. My sister is a Realtor and she has used Ed Baker/Desert Eagle many times. Plus my next-door neighbor used him last year and raved on about him.
The painters for Desert Eagle did a great job - painting places/things that I wouldn't have thought of and it looks great. Also, I liked that Ed suggested using silicone on my flat roof for the final coating because it is waterproof. A little more expensive but worth it.
Ed is extremely detail-oriented.

very simple--they say what they mean and mean what they say.   Ryan was very thorough looking at several little jobs around my house.   He called me back when he said he was going to and they showed up on time.   Everything was completed in a timely manner for the quoted price.  Will use The Repair Guys again in the future.

We had first response complete an overhaul of our large patio awning that was leaking and they did an excellent job! The quote process was efficient, clear and multiple options for repair/replacement were provided. The team was prompt and quick with their work and everything was explained me to both before and after the job was done. The price was excellent, a very low pressure, no nonsense process that was welcomed. We will be using first response for any roofing needs moving forward!

Everyone in the company was great to work with. Quick response and quote given and my new roof was scheduled for install within a couple weeks. Any debris was cleaned up at the end of each day. Very professional.

After getting a second leak after my HOA jokingly repaired my roof in 6 months, I knew it was time to get it done right. Alex came out on Monday and gave me a quote to clean, repair and apply the top coating to the roof of my townhome. His estimate was spot on what I was expecting after receiving quotes from two other companies and I appreciated his friendly attitude and promptness.  I was put on the schedule for Saturday that week and then notified they could do my job on Friday - awesome! His crew showed up and promptly went to work, putting mesh around my air conditioner to prevent the pigeons from nesting and reattached the plumbing for my a/c unit as well. I appreciated their ownership as they protected my interests and made sure my neighbor's a/c run off was routed away from my roof as well. I would recommend Alex and team for any roofing job!
